Talking about what’s involved in a Flo Rida night out, and he confesses he’s not a great dancer, I teach him a few good moves for the dancefloor… oh yes, I teach Flo Rida ‘big fish, little fish, cardboard box!’ Listen here

X-factor runner up Olly is one of the chattiest people EVER! You can't shut him up - he's brilliant. We chat about his appearance on Deal or No Deal, Simon Cowell's house in LA, what the stars were really like on X-factor, and of course his new single... and that's just for starters!

The smallest guy ever to have a UK number one (love that random fact) is back on the show with new single 'In My System'.

The Saturdays
The girls back on the show: they were my first ever guests way back in the summer of 2008! We discuss the important things like who's your favourite character in Friends, and them moving in with their boyfriends. I don't think they're ready! Backstage with The Wanted
Max, Nathan, Tom, Jay and Siva performed their biggest gig to date: headlining our Free Music Monday gig.  I caught up with them just before they were going on stage, to find out how they were feeling, especially Jay who was excited to be in his hometown performing in front of friends and family.
We also find out how the lads felt about the gig, just as they were coming off stage! (they loved it!!!) Listen here

Global star Ne-Yo on the show for the first time, to talk about new single, and new album which is a ‘battle between love, money, fame and power’ – he asks me which one I’d choose – not sure he liked my answer!

The Professor’s (aka Steven) back on the show, with new single featuring Lily Allen.

The lads are back with brand new single 'The Club Is Alive'. So I find out what a typical JLS night on the town is like - believe me, it's a big night out! Plus, we chat to Marvin about being in the gossip columns all the time at the moment! Listen here

The newest popstars on the block, drop by the Evening Show for a chat about their new found fame, and how they feel to be on the verge of pop greatness.  The lads share a house in London, so we found out who has the messiest room, and also which band member has gold silk sheets and candles in his room!!! Enrique Iglesias
Oh dear – another one I’ve offended.  So I tried to impress him, with some Spanish that my friend had taught me, but it turns out that I actually swear at him instead! Brilliant.  Also, we get onto the subject of colonoscopies – like you do when you interview global megastars. It’s part of a story of the most embarrassing moment when he was recognised!!!! One third of one of the biggest female groups ever, Kelly it seems is finding her feet as a solo artist after hooking up with David Guetta, and returns for 2010 with killer new single ‘Commander’.  Plus we find out if she has and ‘diva moments’ and the big question: will Destiny’s Child ever get back together? Best thing from Sweden that doesn’t come in a flat pack.  Robyn’s back with killer new single.  We talk about being weird Gemini’s (turns out, she’s a normal Gemini, I’m the weird one!) also, why she’s releasing not 1, but 3 albums this year!!! And as Sweden didn’t qualify for World Cup, who is she now supporting. Listen here

A top bloke, though not happy when I say he looks like Ross from Friends!!! I thought that’d be a compliment?  Also, why he is so not living the pop star lifestyle, instead he’s all tucked up in bed by 8.30pm! Listen here

The volcano kept him out of the country a couple of months ago, but he promised he’d back, and true to his word – he is!  Usher reveals what it’s like being number one everywhere right now, and also why he’s hell bent on just making history right now?  In fact, he’s so keen on making history; he reckons he’s the fastest nappy changer of his two sons’ nappies!
